Rental terms
Booking and payment
Availability is expressly confirmed. A cleaning fee is added per booking: €10 for Basic, €20 for Comfort and €60 for Advanced. The refundable deposit is 40% of the rental price. The total, payment method and cancellation policy will be shown before the customer becomes bound.
Pickup and return
Gear is supplied inspected and must be returned complete, reasonably clean and at the agreed time. Its condition will be documented at pickup and return.
Use and safety
Customers must follow instructions, use gear for its intended purpose and stop using any item that develops a fault. Rental does not include guides, camping permits or trail reservations.
Damage and deposit
The deposit is refunded when the equipment is returned. Any deduction must relate to evidenced delay, loss or damage under the terms and replacement values disclosed before contracting.
